Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Minga pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
